The Kognitive Edge Mobile App provides a comprehensive suite of tools for network monitoring and management directly from a mobile device. It facilitates organization oversight, including product registration and account management, as well as site supervision and control. Users can remotely monitor internet WAN sources, review network and device policies, and access detailed information on usage and connectivity status. The app equips network professionals with the ability to deliver a reliable internet experience by offering insights into usage patterns, connectivity metrics, and quick validation of settings at a glance.

Organization Management

• Product Registration: Support for product registration and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) via mobile device.
• Account Management: Add or disable user accounts, assign access privileges.
• Fleet / Deployment Summary: View availability, usage statistics, alerts, geolocation data, and top application usage based on Deep Packet Inspection (DPI).
• Alerts: Monitor system alerts, events, and service tickets.
• Starlink Dashboard: Manage multiple Starlink service lines, review high-level usage statistics, alerts, and detailed service summaries.

Site Monitoring and Control

• Internet WAN Monitoring: Assess the connectivity status of WAN sources with historical performance plots including data on usage, uptime, latency, and jitter. Monitor cellular performance and SIM card utilization. Access alerts and event logs specific to each WAN source.
• Traffic Policies: Review network and device-specific policies.
• Access Networks: Validate configuration details and IP addresses for access networks.
• Device Summary: Obtain metrics on top networks and devices, including overall usage, application upload/download activities, and blocked content. Enable or disable networks or devices with a single tap.
• Settings: Review device policies and DNS configurations at each site.
